"Clean and Welcoming Community"
Autumn View Gardens is a nice place. I suggest checking out the dining room. The food arrives on paper plates, but it’s punctual. They could use more staff in the dining area. The community is consistently clean, and the grounds are well-maintained.

"Nice Tour, But Space and Staff Issues"
Our family went on an in-person tour and the guide was awesome. However, the community felt smaller. The rooms were much tinier, and while we know all places are having staffing problems, it seemed more obvious here than at the other places we visited.

"Facility felt too institutional, not ideal for family's expectations."
I didn't like how this place was set up or how they housed the residents. It felt too much like a nursing home, and I wanted something better for my loved one.

"Good tour, no memory care."
Our family visited in person before restrictions. Great experience, but no memory care unit yet.

"Assisted Living During Lockdown: Mixed Experience, Missing Items"
My family moved into Autumn View Gardens during the lockdowns. We couldn't visit indoors, only through glass. So, I don't know much about what happened inside. They called a few times to tell me my loved one had fallen, but it was always days later. I'm not sure why they didn't call right away. The last call was when they took her to the hospital because she had stopped eating and drinking. The hospital found she had a broken hip, likely from one of her falls that Autumn View Gardens didn't address. So, we took her home for hospice care. I wouldn't recommend them. When I went back for her things, including an expensive digital clock that helped her keep track of time, her door was unlocked, and the clock was missing. It was the only expensive thing she had there. I wasn't happy at all.

"A tour for dad."
I toured this community for my father's care. Staff was nice and answered my questions. The community was clean and the menu looked good. Not what I needed at the time, but would recommend to others for a loved one.

"My husband enjoyed his respite stay. The staff was attentive and the community organized. They treated him with dignity and respect. He loved the food and the good selection. I'd suggest adding more activities."

"Smooth sailing at the assisted living facility, no complaints here!"
We're really happy with the assisted living place. The people who work there are awesome, and the place itself is really nice. We haven't had any problems so far.

"Assisted Living Facility Rewarding Yet Old-Fashioned"
I had a meeting with friend since my other friend wasn't in. The place, like Autumn View Gardens in Creve Coeur, feels old and out-of-date. They're making some improvements, but I still thought it was dark and old. Prices are good and cover everything. They do offer memory care.

"Warm and Attentive Staff"
My mother-in-law needed some time to get used to the place, but once she settled in, she started doing really well. The people who work there are nice and always ready to help.

"Assisted Living Facility Couldn't Meet Dad's Needs"
My dad stayed at this assisted living place. We thought it could give him the care he needed, but it couldn't. They couldn't help him move in and out of his wheelchair or with going to the bathroom.
