"Spotlight on Money, Not Patient Care at Eldon Facility"
Steer clear of this place! It says right there on their website they don't take care of memory care patients but they're caring for my family member who has Alzheimer's disease. They're clearly just after money. Besides, her room is never tidy and her basic needs are hardly ever met. The few other women living there are cooped up in their rooms all day because there's nothing else for them to do (they don't even provide activities like they promised on their website). If you truly value your family member, take my advice and find a different facility.

"Clean, Friendly, and Pet-Friendly!"
I've been at the Bristol community for almost four months now. This is my first time in an assisted living place, and I couldn't be happier. The facility does a great job meeting my needs. I really like the food and activities. Everything is super clean. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. Plus, they even have a two-room suite for couples and are pet-friendly.

"Unsatisfactory Care at Assisted Living Facility"
I'm really not pleased with this place. I've been needing to tidy up my mom's room myself and constantly asking them to swap out her bed sheets. They don't have fun stuff for residents to do. Right now, my mom's pet dog is the only thing making her happy there. The workers don't really respond to what's needed. The food could be better. I'd recommend looking for a different place for your family member.
