"Inadequate Care and Staff Misconduct at Assisted Living Facility"
If you care about your loved ones, don't subject them to this place. The staff lack fundamental skills like properly administering medication. They've also had 17 different employees on rotation amid the pandemic. One worker, Faith, has been verbally abusive towards patients. Throughout this entire pandemic, proper care and quality meals have been sorely missing.

"Facility Understaffed Despite Affordable Price and Amiable Staff"
My elderly uncle, who is 91, could only stay for a few days at this assisted living facility. Although, the workers were pleasant, they failed to live up to the promises I was given prior to moving him in. I was assured that nursing care would always be accessible, but it was not. From my observations, only two staff members worked long, twelve-hour shifts, which led them not being able to provide the care my uncle required. This establishment is closer to a place for individuals who can live independently. This isn't necessarily their fault, they need to employ more workers. The cost of staying here was quite affordable, however, I think most would happily pay more if it ensured better care. I sympathize with the two hardworking women who were stretched thin by the workload.
