Before deciding, research thoroughly. Talk to residents for insight. Our experience was average. Meals offered thrice daily; too much chicken, lacking variety. Staff turnover high; maintenance minimal.

"Bristol Manor: Low Quality, Few Activities, No Masks"
Bristol Manor's ad isn't all true, at least not for the place I know. They say they serve healthy food, but I don't think bologna sandwiches and chips, which they often serve for lunch, are very healthy. They also talk about lots of activities, but at this place, there are hardly any activities or people taking part in them. They say they help with medications, but because of poor communication or other problems, my family member there has had several issues with their medicine. The building is also old and not very well kept. For a place that doesn't cost much, the quality is also not great. What's really worrying is that the staff don't have to wear masks around the residents. With COVID still spreading, all care homes should make their staff wear masks!

"Warm Welcome and Caring Staff at a Clean, Full Facility"
When we first visited the facility, we heard a lot of laughing around the dinner table. The manager came out to greet us and made us feel so welcome. This is all new for our family, and her warm smile and willingness to listen to our needs for our parent meant a lot to us. I just wish they had an opening for our parent. Now I understand why they are so full. The facility was clean, and the food smelled great. My husband and I could tell that the manager and her staff truly care about the people at that dinner table.

"Affordable and Cozy Assisted Living at Bristol Manor in Warrensburg, MO"
This place is small with only 12 residents, but it's nice with one-room apartments. The staff is good at helping with meds, showers, and food. It's a great option for assisted living on a budget.
