""Terrible Experience: Denied Tour, Unclean Facility""
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. When we arrived for our tour, the receptionist told us that despite the manager being there, we weren't allowed to go on our scheduled tour. The reason she gave was that other people were present, which stopped us from going in. Something about it seemed suspicious. From the little bit I saw inside, it wasn't very neat or clean.

"Pleased with Care at Cozy Assisted Living"
The place is really nice. We’ve had a family member stay there for a bunch of years, and we’re pretty happy with how they’ve been looked after.

The website needs serious improvement! Living far away in Iowa, I can't really figure out what your place is like without better pictures. Please add more photos of bedrooms, bathrooms, and the kitchen.

""A Neglected, Unsanitary Facility with Poor Service and Terrible Food""
Absolutely terrible assisted living place. The place is super dirty. The lady running the place acts like she's in a drama show, always spinning tall tales. The workers are caught smoking outside all the time and lunch doesn't have a set time. The food quality is just a step above dog food with options like cold cereal or yogurt for breakfast. Don't make our grave mistake for the people you care about.

"Messy Facility Lacks Information and Person in Charge"
There weren't any pamphlets to read... the place was messy, and the only room open for us to see was full of a staff member's stuff and it was completely chaotic. I can't help but wonder if this is how they take care of their residents' rooms? They didn't really talk about any programs, activities or how they take care of individual needs. I couldn't even meet with the person I was supposed to talk to.

"Messy facility lacking vital information about services and accommodations"
There were no promotional materials available. The place was really messy, and the only room we could take a look at was currently occupied by an employee, and it was in a state of complete chaos. This left me wondering - is this how they maintain the rooms of the residents too? There wasn't any detailed discussion about the programs, activities, or how they cater to individual needs. Moreover, the person who is supposed to be answering our queries was not available.

"Spacious Rooms and Friendly Staff"
It was okay. She was friendly and answered my questions. The place was clean, and the rooms were pretty spacious. The staff member I met was young and sweet.
