"Beautiful but Pricey for Extra Care"
Castlewood is a beautiful place. It costs more because the price is made up of add-on fees instead of being all-inclusive. This is great for independent people, but it can get expensive for someone who needs more care. If money wasn't an issue, this would have been our first choice.

"Safe and Comfortable Senior Community with Communication Tips"
The kitchen staff is fantastic and really looks after my loved one. However, the front desk staff could improve their communication. Overall, it's a safe and comfortable community for seniors, but staying on top of communication with management is essential.

Less than impressed
"Assisted Living Facility Falls Short of Expectations"
My grandma moved here a while ago. It seemed nice at first, like it would be a comfy place for her. But things changed. The staff kept changing, and they didn’t communicate well. They made a lot of promises they didn’t keep. And the cost is way too high for what they offer. Grandma's rent almost doubled since she moved in. Now it's over 5k a month for just a 1 bedroom. The medical staff are nice but there aren't enough of them. The food is just okay. She likes the people there, but the managers don't seem to care if anyone's unhappy. And the facilities they used to have aren't as good as they used to be.
