"Poor First Impression and Unfair Discount Policy"
We visited this place for a tour and were really disappointed. The first impression was not at all positive for our family. The place was unclean and it seemed like they were trying to pinch pennies. To get a small discount for our family member, they required us to bring another new resident along, which we didn't appreciate.

"Inconsistent Dining and Staff Changes Affect Assisted Living Experience"
When we first visited, the sales coordinator was great. The tour was nice, but after moving in, things changed. Dinner times aren't consistent, and staff turnover is high. Despite issues, the nursing and everyday staff are excellent, and the building is lovely.

"Cedarhurst Provides Excellent Care Despite Turnover"
I think the care my mom needs is excellent at Cedarhurst. Although there’s staff turnover, they maintain a qualified team.

"“Smooth Sailing After Settling In”"
