"Visibly Dirty Facility; Uninformed of Visit; Cluttered with Toys"

Didn't much like it--Didn't appear tidy. They weren't aware of our visit yesterday. We chatted with the administrator's mother and daughter. She was absent. There was a little kid with tons of toys scattered all around.
