"Cozy Assisted Living with Friendly Staff and Exciting Renovations"

My stay at Country Oak Village, now Beehive Assisted Living, has been really good. The new owner is fixing up the place, and we're all happy about that. It's not too big here, and there's just the right amount of people. The staff is super nice and always helps us out. I live here with my little rat terrier, [name removed]. If you need assisted living, this is a great place

"Comfortable Senior Living Community with Caring Staff and Pleasant Atmosphere"

I really like our Senior Living community. It's nestled in a nice neighborhood where everyone keeps their lawns neat, just like County Oak living does. The building isn't too big, so it's easy to make friends if you want to. Most of the residents are friendly and polite when they talk to each other and the staff. Speaking of the staff, from the manager to the nurses to the cook and housekeeping, they all work together well and are very caring. The food is good quality and they've been great about accommodating my dietary needs. We have exercise classes, Bingo, Bible class, and different musicians come to play for us. Some people even bring us treats and fun stuff to do. My room is a good size and it's always clean. The lounge, library, dining room, and halls are nicely decorated and always feel clean and comfy. Our manager, [[name removed]], tries to help with whatever we need, whether it's fixing something in our room or just listening when we need to talk. She really makes us feel like we're all part of a big family here!

"Understaffed Facility with Limited Information and Activities"

This place is seriously understaffed and incredibly basic. The rooms and common areas feel cold and impersonal, like a hospital rather than a home. They didn't have any info we could take with us other than a simple pamphlet with prices jotted down by staff. When we inquired about activities, the only thing they mentioned was a Bible study on Thursday afternoons. Overall, we're not interested in this place at all.

"Clean and Pleasant Assisted Living Facility with Available Vacancies"

The boss wasn't around, but a staff member showed us around. There were a few empty rooms. The place was tidy and nice.

"Clean and nice, some vacancies"

The manager wasn't there, but we got a tour. There were a few open rooms. The place was clean and nice.

"Assisted Living Falls Short in Cleanliness and Atmosphere"

I visited this place and it seemed okay. The people working there were friendly. But it didn't feel clean enough, and it didn't feel like the right fit for my mom.

"Assisted Living Facility Review"

My mom has a big room here that's just right for her. The people who work here are nice and always help my mom when she needs it. They have a cook who makes three meals a day, and the dining room is nice too. It feels like being with family here. There are some things that could be better, but right now everything is good and we're happy. [[Comfortable, Friendly Assisted Living with Great Dining Experience]]

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living Facility"

The place was nice to visit and they offered okay services. There wasn't a lot to change about the tour, but it wasn't going to work out for me. I saw there were many residents, and the carpet seemed like it could use a vacuum.

"Cozy, Friendly Assisted Living with Great Meals"

I recently visited this place and was really impressed with how it looked. It’s a small, cozy place that feels like home. The staff was super friendly and talked with the residents and each other. The meal menus looked great, and the meal they had that day looked delicious and was nicely presented. I highly recommend this place.

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living Facility"

My mom, my sister, and I visited this place on Tuesday. The lobby was clean but dark, and there were many people sitting in front of the TV, just staring off. My mom felt agitated and kept asking about the cost, saying it was too much for her to afford. I think the atmosphere when we walked in bothered her.

"Assisted living has caring staff, occasional activities, some cutbacks noted."

The owner recently started making cutbacks. It was great when she arrived, but we've noticed more cutbacks lately. Currently, they have about 1 nurse for every 25 residents. We haven't had any issues; the staff is always present and very kind, though I think they're overworked. The nurses handle laundry and other tasks besides nursing. They offer activities almost daily, mostly organized by the director without additional staff. Compared to others I've seen, it's better, and I chose it for the caring staff. It's smaller, so my loved one has her own room. Overall, it's a good place, and I'm happy I chose it.
