It's a nice place for healthy elderly folks. The food is great, staff is fairly nice, and there are fun activities. However, they didn't fulfill their promise to set up for hospice care.

My grandma lives at Creve Coeur Assisted Living, and it’s a nice place for her. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the facility is clean and updated. My only suggestion is to add more outdoor activities for mobile residents. Overall, I’m happy!

Our family and our loved one had a positive time at Creve Coeur Assisted Living. It was exactly what we needed when we needed it. The staff is nice and helpful. Everyone there is friendly. Families should be prepared to face tough choices as their loved ones continue on their journey. In general, we would suggest this community to others looking for a place for their loved ones.

"Poor Staff Quality and Broken Promises"
The staff at this assisted living facility is of very poor quality. They don't follow through, even with reminders. The food is decent, but overall, our family finds the staff unfriendly and unhelpful. The medical team doesn't consistently provide daily medications and treatment. Activities and food are just fair. The general manager, made promises during our tour that don't seem to materialize unless we specifically ask. It all boils down to poor management and low-quality staff. We've caught staff smoking out back or on their phones, ignoring residents. Their hygiene is also lacking. We pay for our loved one's room cleaning and laundry, but it's not getting done—we end up doing it ourselves. Without family advocates, I can't imagine what it's like to live here. We have to stay on top of things for anything to get done.

We've had a great experience at Creve Coeur. My dad has been getting therapy here, but he'll soon move to skilled nursing. The place looks clean, and the staff is friendly and has treated him well, which means the most to us. I would recommend this place to other families.

I'd consider living there someday. It's a great deal for the money. They care for residents until the end of life. Plus, there's a community doctor available if families want it. The location is convenient for family visits. The staff is friendly and keeps residents busy with activities. The food is tasty, healthy, and filling. Residents can choose from various options.

"Great Staff and Cozy Atmosphere at Creve Coeur"
We chose Creve Coeur because we liked the staff-to-resident ratio and it seemed quiet and warm. The room sizes are different; we picked the smallest one, which is snug but okay. I've seen a bigger room too, and it's really spacious. There's not much green space for walking around because of the location, but they have an upstairs veranda where residents can get fresh air. I would recommend this place to other families.
