"Kingswood Struggles with Transparency, Staffing and Policy Issues"

My sister’s health hasn’t been good because of many reasons, and Kingswood isn’t helping. They’re not open with their review policy! There aren't enough staff for all the needs of my sister nearing the end of her life. Pairing Kingswood and KC Hospice could be tough for anyone with trouble moving around. Their way of checking the place doesn’t let people be really open or give any impacts. The workers sometimes have to do more than required to cover the lack of staff. Staffing issues only add to the problems patients, their families, and nurses face. Be super careful if there's a tricky review procedure. To their credit, no one has taken anything from my sister yet. Some care workers have really tried to be helpful. The people making food and cleaning do a really good job. Workers that are really needed usually meet demands.

"Staff Rushed, Needs Unmet"

We visited the assisted living community, but the staff made us feel rushed. They didn't listen to our needs, and it didn't match what we wanted.

"Some issues that probably crop up everywhere sometimes."

Memory Care staff were caring, but sometimes understaffed, affecting attention.
