"False Advertising and Poor Care at Assisted Living Facility"
This place claims they specialize in memory care, but they don't. It's even advertised on their website- which is false. If your loved one ends up in the hospital, don't expect them to let you know even if you hold power of attorney. The staff doesn't keep residents in the loop about their medications. If they promise to call you back about finding a new place for your loved one, it's unlikely they will. The folks living there have to order their meals a week in advance, and the food arrives cold. My family member is now in a different home where she feels cared for and connected - something she didn't get here.

"Dishonest facility, served cold food, treated relatives poorly."
Watch out, because they'll say anything to get you through their doors, but won't keep their promises. Everything they serve is cold. They'll discharge a resident without even calling the person in charge. My aunt stayed there for only 10 days but was made to pay for an entire month. And then, they didn't allow her to return.

"Friendly Staff and Roomy Space, but Some Improvements Needed"
I'd suggest the Bungalows at Chesterfield Village to other families. The place is spacious, and the staff is kind. A few areas for improvement: the in-room HVAC units are noisy, and the food quality and variety could be better. They should also hire more food service staff and offer more fresh fruits and snacks.

"Mixed Staff Performance and Room Cleanliness"
The long-term staff is amazing, but newer employees need improvement. More aides are necessary, and the rooms require better cleaning.

"Exceptional tour, but chose a facility closer to family."
The tour was exceptional, but we chose one closer to family.
