"Not the Best Fit: Review of Oak Pointe Assisted Living"
My family member lives at Oak Pointe of Carthage. Moving in was easy, staff were helpful. Cleaning is good. Staff are friendly. Food's okay. But, we're moving her to a place with longer activities.

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living Costs"
Don't take anything unless you're okay with it disappearing. They don't have enough staff, and the activities aren't great. My loved one rarely participates. It's overpriced, but not terrible—better than some.

"A Great Choice for Assisted Living!"
The staff is really nice to the residents. The place is clean. They always have fun things to do, like bingo, riding bikes outside, and even horse wagon rides. They take everyone on bus trips around town and have movie days. Plus, they celebrate holidays. Overall, it's a good place to choose.
