"Poor Communication and Staffing Issues in Assisted Living Facility"
My mom passed away before Christmas. They handled it poorly. As COVID got better, staff kept changing, except for the marketing director. Communication was never good, and messages didn't get passed along. Management was usually unavailable when I was there.

"Friendly Assisted Living with Communication Challenges"
The community is super friendly, clean, and welcoming. However, during COVID, some expectations aren't met, and communication with families can be challenging.

"Friendly Staff and Nice Place"
During my visit to Oak Pointe of Monett, the staff were all very friendly. Although we ultimately chose a different community, the place was nice, and the tour guide was helpful.
