"Care Quality Decreases with High Staff Turnover"
The care was initially excellent, but it has dropped off significantly in the past year. It seems like a high rate of staff leaving is just one piece of the issue.

"Clean, caring community with good food and friendly staff."
My only worry about this place is that they use the wrong pharmacy for Mom’s medicine. I’ve talked to them, and I hope they’ve fixed it. They have daily activities, and the food looks good. Mom’s happy with the variety of choices. Most of the staff are nice, and it’s a clean community. I’d recommend it.

"Grateful for genuine care."
I flew from Iowa to Indiana to visit my mother. Thank you for making me feel at home. I lived there 44 years and it was nice to reconnect with people. Your concern was genuine, and I am so happy she's around people who really care for her. It gives me peace of mind. Thank you for taking care of the most important person in my life.

"Mixed Feelings about Assisted Living Facility"
We're still getting used to this place. My mom's doing alright since moving here, but it's taking time. It's one of the better places we checked out, but I have some worries. They should do a better job with her daily care. Once when I visited, her chair was broken in her room, and I don't know how long it had been like that. Four of her hearing aids have gone missing. They have good activities for residents. The meals could be better; once they gave her a grilled cheese for dinner. Overall, it's been okay, and I'd suggest this place.

"Settling In But Some Concerns Over Assisted Living Facility"
My mom's transition to this place has been okay, but it's still a work in progress. We're not used to everything just yet. I've looked around, and this is one of the better places out there, but I do have a few worry points. The staff could do a better job with her daily care. Once I went there and found her chair broken in her room, I have no clue how long it had been that way. Four of her hearing aids have disappeared, too. On a positive note, they offer a lot of cool activities for people living there. But the food could definitely be better. One time when I visited, they gave her grilled cheese for dinner. All in all, our experience has been pretty good, and I'd suggest this place to others.

"Avoid Provisional Living: Understaffed, Poor Food, Dismissed Staff, Money-Driven."
This place used to be nice, but now it's terrible. A few years ago, it was great, but then Provisional Living took over, and it's a mess. The food is bad, they don't have enough staff, they're terrible at communicating, and they've fired long-time employees who were friends and caretakers for the residents. Don't be fooled by the fancy foyer; talk to residents and staff, have a meal there, and you'll see for yourself. It's all about money to them. Even the parking lot is falling apart, showing where their priorities are.

"From Golden Years to Grief: The Fall of Provisional Living"
You definitely shouldn't bring your family member to this location. A couple years back, when a different group was in charge, the facility was great and was one of the most respected ones in the city. Then a company named Provisional Living started running it and it's been a disaster. The food is awful, there aren't enough workers, they're terrible at communicating, and our well-known staff - who were like friends and caregivers to the residents - are being let go. The place's glory days are behind it. Don't be fooled by the nice-looking front entrance. Speak to the residents, the workers, eat a meal there, and see the truth for yourself. It's all just about profit. Even the broken-down parking lot full of unchecked potholes shows a lot about what the management company values.
