"Friendly Staff and Great Meals, Minor Issues Resolved Quickly"

My loved one had a really nice stay here. The staff was super friendly, and I loved how the day shift ladies bonded with my aunt. There was a small problem at first with communication between shifts, especially when my aunt's medications changed. The room my loved one stayed in was very nice and clean. Maintenance was very quick to fix any problem. The button to call a nurse kept breaking, but they fixed it quickly once they knew about it. The meals were wonderful, and they even let the residents have breakfast for lunch if they wanted. The juice selection was amazing too, with 4 to 5 different choices.

"Great Care and Clean Facility for Mom"

My mom has been at St. Andrews for 4 months. She has moderate dementia, which is getting worse, and it was hard for my dad to handle her confusion and forgetfulness at home. Mom isn't happy about not living at home, but she's getting used to St. Andrews and its routine. The place is always clean, and the food is good. Mom wears a wander guard that locks the door and alerts the staff if she tries to leave without them knowing. The facility is small, with about 40 studio apartments. There's a garden in the center where residents can enjoy without needing staff supervision. Overall, we're happy with the facility, and the cost is similar to other places.

"Great care, activities, and food make it highly recommended"

My mom really likes living here. Since moving in, she has improved a lot. They’ve helped her get used to the place. The facility looks great and is always clean. The staff are really helpful and friendly. There are lots of activities for her, and she especially enjoys the craft ones. The food is good too I’ve tried it myself. They’re taking excellent care of her. I’d definitely recommend this place.

"Cozy Assisted Living with Medical Support, Minimal Amenities"

The place looks average from the outside. It's an old building, but clean inside with no weird smells. Each of the 30 apartments is over 400 square feet and costs $3456 a month. They have walk-in showers, a small microwave, and fridge. It's not fancy, but it feels like home. Doctors visit, but they don't provide transportation. I like that it's a smaller facility, easier for Mom to get around. The location is alright. There's no community fee, and everything's included. Mom must be able to transfer.
