"Sunrise Feels Like Home"

I recommend Sunrise to others. If I ever need assisted living with minimal care, I'd choose Sunrise. I've already encouraged people to visit. Sunrise of WG feels like home.

"Great Activities and Attentive Staff!"

The staff at this assisted living facility is amazing! They pay close attention to your needs. Every week, they offer entertainment like dominoes and poker. Plus, there are daily exercises, movies, puzzles, and wine tasting events.

"Poor Management and Care at Sunrise Webster Facility"

Sunrise Webster's management has been unstable for over two years. If I had been aware of this, I wouldn't have chosen this place for my Dad. The main issue here is the lack of strong, consistent management. I'll admit, some of the staff were really kind to our family and a few looked after my Dad quite well. However, most of them, including the nurses, didn't take good care of him. They often left him on his own for long periods and messed up his medication. I had expected so much better from this place.

Sunrise is nice, and we'd recommend it to others.

"Inconsistent care, revolving door policy at Sunrise of Webster Groves"

I wouldn't suggest Sunrise of Webster Groves. The care wasn't consistent, and I'm not sure if it's because of the times, but it seems like they have a lot of staff turnover, and it's affecting everything there.

"Friendly Staff and Great Dining Experience!"

The staff at Sunrise are really friendly and caring. They try their best with care services, but like many places, they're understaffed. The dining experience is great, with nice table settings and real dinnerware. They offer a variety of well-balanced meals and different drinks and desserts.

"Poor assistance, delayed meals, lack of supervision."

They were there, but assistance lacked, meals delayed, no supervision.

"Cozy but small room"

The room they had available at the time was small, but it was still cozy and comfortable.

"Great Care and Tasty Meals at Sunrise of Webster Groves"

I've met some of the best and kindest caregivers here! They really cheer me on with my physical and occupational therapy. The food is often tasty. It's great when our table gets served early.

"Nice place but feels like a hospital, tiny rooms"

This place is really nice and all. It's got everything you can think of. But man, the rooms are so tiny! Walking down the long hallways with these tiny rooms is just like being in a hospital. I think it's a good place for someone who needs a lot of help and doesn't really care about having a lot of space.

"Friendly Staff, Room for Improvements"

This place is pretty nice, but could use a fresh coat of paint and new carpets. The staff were really nice, and there was a cute dog to welcome me. The rooms were a good size. The cost depends on the type of room you choose, how much help you need, and any extra services. They have different floors for people who need help with their memory and those who just need a bit of assistance. When I visited, I didn't see many people in the common areas, but they might have been resting before dinner.

"Comforting Senior Living Experience at Sunrise of Webster Groves"

When we had to start searching for a place for my mother-in-law to live long-term, it was really scary. She always told us she didn't want to go to a nursing home, but eventually, we had to face the fact that we couldn't take care of her needs at home anymore. We looked at 7 different places for seniors, some were all shiny and new, trying hard to impress us adult kids, but we weren't interested in that. We were focused on finding the best place for Mom and her needs. We wanted a company with a long history and a good reputation. We found Sunrise, and lucky for us, there was one right in our neighborhood. From talking with [name removed], who handles sales, to [name removed], the boss, and [name removed], who plans activities, we realized they all had personal experience with their own moms and could really understand what we were going through. We feel like we're part of a new family now. God bless all of you at Sunrise.

"Small Studio Rooms"

I enjoyed Provision Living at Webster Groves. The staff was friendly, and the place was pleasant. However, I wasn’t a fan of the small rooms, which felt like studio apartments. Overall, I still liked the place.

""Decent Spot, Needs Better Food and More Formal Care""

This place is pretty neat overall, and the workers are usually friendly and good at their jobs. They could probably provide a bit more formal and strict care though. My parent is always saying the food isn't tasty, they mostly serve pre-made microwavable stuff. Although, it could also be because of their age too.

"Stunning Facility Marred by Inconsistent Staff and Lack of Oversight"

The place looked nice and the apartments were spacious. The person in charge of marketing was really good, and the staff who cleaned did a great job. My mom only stayed there for around two months. There were a lot of changes in staff during this time. They changed when they served food after we complained that they weren't following their own rules. One morning, they didn't even give my mom something to drink with her breakfast. One day, the receptionist let my mom go out for a walk alone, even though we'd asked when she moved in that she not be allowed to do this. We were shocked when they told us we had to hire round the clock nursing care because they'd let her go out alone.

"Mixed Feelings about Provision Living Assisted Living in Webster Groves"

Provision Living in Webster Groves is pretty nice and newer. My relative lives there, and we’re generally happy with our choice. People seem happy, and the staff are nice. However, there aren’t enough CNAs for the residents, and there’s unclear leadership in Nursing and Food Services. The services don’t quite match the ads. If they improve, I’d rate higher.

"Inadequate Care for Advanced Dementia Patients at Provision Living"

Provision Living purports to offer a memory care unit, but falls far short when it comes to handling the needs of people with advanced stages of Alzheimer's and other dementia-related conditions. I've witnessed firsthand—if a resident can't feed themselves, they're left to go hungry. Workers have asked residents if they plan to eat, but for those who've lost the ability to communicate verbally due to the progression of their disease, their silence serves as an answer. As a result, the worker takes the meal away and the resident goes without food. Our personal experience at this facility saw our loved one lose a significant amount of weight. It got to the point where a family member had to be present at each meal to ensure our loved one was properly fed.

"Wonderful Care for Memory Issues"

We really like Provision Living at Webster Groves! They're awesome with memory problems. They know lots about handling these issues. They help my loved one without making her feel pushed. It's made things much smoother for her.

"Appreciated Provision, but Sunrise Felt More Comforting"

I liked Provision, but it wasn't as cozy or as good as Sunrise.

"Explored Assisted Living Facility, Considering Insurance Approval"

I went on Saturday. Todd gave a tour. The prices are higher than the sister facility in St. Louis Hills, but the place is way nicer. It's not as near to me, though. I have to check if Dad's long-term care insurance covers either or both of these places. If not, I need to start getting that sorted out.

"Nice and New"

It was brand new when I visited and seemed more like a senior living place than a nursing home. I really liked how it looked and the caregiver ratio was good. It was new, and I liked that. They have individual rooms. I just don't know if it was right for my mom because she needs a lot of care.
