I took a virtual tour, and it seemed nice and reasonably priced. They had lots of amenities.

"Aged Facility with Nursing and Assisted Living Options"
This place has a nursing home and spaces for assisted living. We thought about moving Dad here, hoping he’d get better and be able to enjoy the assisted living part. But we weren’t totally convinced. The building is pretty old, not dirty, but everything looks used up. And since the nursing home is part of it, you see many folks in wheelchairs who seem very tired.
