"Don't Trust The Gardens with Your Loved Ones"
From what my family lived through, I'd say stay away from The Gardens if you're looking for a place for a relative.

"Physical Therapy Delays, Overall Not Bad Experience"
Overall, it wasn't too bad, but I was a bit let down. When it came to physical therapy, we had to ask like 4 or 5 times before they got it going. They only started after 2 weeks, and they still haven't given us a schedule for future therapy like we asked.

"Assisted Living Facility Falls Short on Staffing and Understanding"
If your family member struggles with behavior, this place might not be the best fit. It seems like they don't have enough staff. We explained my parents' issues before they moved in, but they said they could handle it. Two months later, they told us they couldn't take care of them anymore, and we only had 30 days to find somewhere else. Most of the staff is nice, but some were unkind to the residents. The assisted living part might be okay, but the memory care only seems suitable for Alzheimer's patients who are willing to follow rules. Unfortunately, my parent didn't want to follow rules.

"Better Fit for Assisted Living Tour"
We knew this place because my parents had visited before my father passed away. The tour was great—they showed us both the assisted living and memory care areas for my mom. However, we found another community that suited her secured assisted living needs better, so she wouldn't have to move into memory care just yet.

"My Visit"
This community seemed pleasant during my visit. The people I met were friendly, and they allow pets. They offer enjoyable activities, but it's a bit pricier than we expected.

"Well-Maintained Assisted Living Community"
I really liked this place, though there's one thing I wish was different: they don't have a doctor that visits regularly. Instead, residents need to bring in their own doctors. The food here is tasty, and they have activities to do. The staff are great—skilled and always seem to know what's going on. The community is kept really clean and looks after well.
