"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
Communication needs improvement. Medication mix-up caused concerns. Beautiful facility. Varied staff quality.

"Newer facility, but not meeting expectations. Sales pitch fell short."
We thought this place would be great because it's new, and we liked it at first. But now we're not so happy. The people who convinced us to come here were nice, but we're not getting what they promised.

"Engaging Activities and Reliable Memory Care"
On weekends, staffing can be inconsistent. However, memory care is more reliable than assisted living. The activities team is excellent, always engaging residents.

"Great care, lots of activities, but meals and cost need work"
We really like the care the staff gives the residents. There are a lot of activities. One thing that could be better is the meals and the cost.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
The experience was good until after my loved one left. The care we received was good. The food wasn't that great. The activities were really nice. I felt like they didn't handle my billing issue properly. Most of the staff were good and kind, except for one person I encountered. The menu was always the same and very limited. The dining room staff was really nice.

"Mixed Feelings on Assisted Living Experience"
When you first move in, it takes some time to feel at home. At the beginning, they kept misplacing my family member’s clothes, and she’d end up sitting in a wet spot. There were days when the whole building had a strong pee smell. The staff didn’t seem happy when I asked questions, but they’ve gotten better in those areas since then. A lot of the workers are super nice and great to be around. The people in charge? Not so much. They only really pay attention to you when they want you to join. The folks who run the activities are amazing, though. My family member doesn’t always want to take part, but when she does, she loves it. The other people living there are a lot of fun too. They always greet me with a wave and a hello. Plus, the meals are actually pretty tasty.

"Mixed Experience at The Landing of O'Fallon"
My mom's doing okay at The Landing of O'Fallon. We have to remind staff about her needs because there are different people during the day and night, and they don't always talk to each other. Thankfully, my mom gets visits from family often and tries to talk with the staff.

"Mixed experience."
The daytime staff is amazing, but the night staff needs improvement.

"Friendly Community with Cozy Apartments"
I suggest checking out the community to see if it suits your loved one. Their apartment-like setting is pleasant, and the staff and residents are friendly.
