"Engaging Staff, Room Safety Concerns"
The staff were kind and helpful during the admission process. The community kept my mom active and stimulated. Our situation was unique due to anesthesia-related memory issues. Over her two-week stay, her memory improved, and the staff remained engaging. However, additional staffing would be beneficial, as my mom occasionally felt afraid at night.

"Friendly and Caring Atmosphere; Recommend to Family and Friends"
I'm really happy with this place. I come here every day. I know every place has a hard time finding and keeping good workers. Most of the workers here are great, and I know they can only do so much. I understand they deal with a lot every day, so I keep that in mind. Most of them work hard, care about us, and are positive. They're very nice to me, we know each other's names. I always make sure the Director knows about the good workers and what they do. I think that's really important. My loved one often tells me they take good care of her here, and I believe they do. Overall, I'm happy my loved one is here, and I've been really happy with everything. I would tell my family and friends to come here too.

"Lacking Care and Variety: Assisted Living Facility Review"
The place wasn't as good as we hoped. The people taking care of my family member weren't caring and spent most of their time avoiding work and on their phones. My family member got hurt multiple times because they weren't paying attention. The food was the same every day and wasn't interesting for people who need to keep their weight steady. I gave it 3 stars because it might be okay for people who are early in their illness and can take care of themselves. The people in charge tried, but they didn't seem to know enough to handle the job well.

"Assisted Living Disappoints Despite Decent Memory Care"
This place wasn't the best for our family member. When we visited, they were fixing things up. The area for people with memory problems was okay, though.

"Assisted Living Facility Review"
This place seemed promising at first, but fell short. There weren't enough staff for all the residents. The rooms were dirty and never properly cleaned. I noticed leftover food on my loved one's face from the day before. They didn't change the wet pads under the bedding, just put fresh sheets on top. It didn't live up to what they promised.

"Terrible Care at Assisted Living Facility, Neglect Results in Injury"
I would advise others to avoid this place. The assisted living center looks good and even offers daily care and temporary stay options for inhabitants. When I initially placed my loved one there for a short-term stay, things seemed well. However, upon my return, I discovered they had fallen and injured a shoulder. I had no choice but to rush my family member to the hospital. Since that incident in March, my loved one hasn't returned to me. We sent a letter sharing our disappointment to the institution, but got no reply. They didn't even have the courtesy to call and inquire about my loved one's health.

"Great care, clean, and good activities – highly recommended!"
This is a great place for care. We like that the staff and community are new and very clean. The food is really good, and it's nice to see the participation in fun activities. We would highly recommend this place for its care and value to other families and loved ones.
