"Caring Staff in Simple Facility Wins Hearts of Residents and Families"
The place isn't fancy or new, but the staff truly cares about the residents. They remember everyone's names, including family members who visit. Staff members spend time chatting with residents while caring for them. They often tell jokes to entertain and make residents laugh.

"**"Mixed Feelings About Village at Carroll Park"**"
I kinda like Village at Carroll Park. They don't focus much on old folks, though. It's more about mentally ill or dementia people. At first, I wasn't thrilled, so I visit every day. Seems like they go above and beyond because of that. But if you don't have family visiting, they don't do as much. They're short-staffed, like all these places. Honestly, if I didn't go daily, I wouldn't leave my loved one there.

"Great family-owned facility with good value and caring staff"
The facility is smaller and family-owned by medical professionals. We liked everything about it, but during COVID, we could only visit through glass and an intercom. Communication could have been better, but overall, it's a good place run by good people. We had no issues with any of the staff. I would recommend it to others because it’s a great value for the money.

"Nice place with helpful staff and open visiting hours"
The Village at Carroll Park is a great place. The staff is very kind and helpful. The place is always clean, which is important to the administration. Visiting hours are open, and they encourage family to visit anytime. There are activities, but I wish they communicated more about the ones family members can join. The food smells really good. Overall, The Village at Carroll Park is a blessing for my loved one.

"Mixed Feelings on Cleanliness and Doctor Communication in Small, Home-like Facility"
It's usually pretty clean. My dad stays clean too. His room is always neat. The only thing I don't like is not getting much feedback when the doctor visits. It's nice and feels like family. They do a good job.

"Brother's Comfort a Priority, Some Areas Need Improvement"
The assisted living facility is quite nice. The staff is really good and helpful. My brother feels relaxed and comfortable there. However, the mattress is worn out, and the cleaning could definitely be improved. The food could use more variety and choices to make it better.

"Limited Space and Privacy"
The place was okay, but the rooms were pretty small. We would've had a semi-private room with a shared bathroom. It felt cramped, just a thin curtain separating the two beds. Not much privacy.
