Wildwood Senior Living (Assisted Living Opening Fall 2018)

"Memory care lacking activities and warm food. Disappointing experience overall."
The memory care unit isn't good. They don't have any activities, and the food is never on time. Plus, it's always cold! It's just really sad. I wouldn't suggest Wildwood Senior Living to anyone else. I'm really upset that I chose this place for my mother.

"Limited Menu Choices at Assisted Living Facility"
Our loved one stays at the assisted living facility. The meals and dining service only offer buffet options, and we wish they'd let residents order from a menu again. As for activities, our loved one doesn't participate.

"Great Communication and Loving Care"
What I like most about this place is how well the nurses and staff talk to each other and always help our family. Our loved one loves the food too! They treat my mom with so much love and kindness.

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living Facility"
I would tell others about this place. The rooms were spacious. My brother wasn't a fan of the food. It was tough for me since I live two hours away, especially during Covid-19 when they stopped visitors. The place is really clean.

"Wildwood Offers Lots of Activities, But Has Some Concerns"
Wildwood is a pretty big place. There were lots of activity areas for residents. It was hard to see how things really work since the memory care section isn’t open until next week. So, I couldn’t see how the staff interacts with the residents. The sensors in the resident rooms were impressive. One worry was about the locked clothing closets in the rooms. How and when will they be unlocked for residents to get dressed or changed in the mornings and evenings? There’s also a locked cabinet above the toilet in the bathroom - how does that work?
