"Facility Review Summary"
The office and front desk staff were great, but the nursing staff wasn't. My grandmother fell late at night, and nobody found her until the next morning. The food was okay, and the cost was reasonable, but the care wasn't good. The facility was clean, though. We also had an issue with someone stealing my grandmother's debit card information, which resulted in over $1500 in charges. Thankfully, the bank fraud department helped us out.

"A Warm and Welcoming Home for Loved Ones"
My family member lives at SummerHouse Bay Cove and things are going well for her there. The moving-in process went smoothly. The staff, aides, and front desk people are all really nice. There were a couple of times when her medications weren't right, but that's been fixed now. The place feels cozy and bright with nice surroundings. The aides and cleaners are friendly and easy to find. The nurse in the evenings is very pleasant. I'm happy that my loved one is here. She didn't want to leave her house at first, so it's wonderful to hear her say, "I really like it here!

SummerHouse Bay Cove is a terrible place. I definitely wouldn't suggest anyone to live there since it gets the worst ratings.

"SummerHouse Bay Cove"
SummerHouse Bay Cove is a nice place. I wish they had more activities that residents could easily join, with help if needed. Staff turnover seems a bit high. But I really like how clean and beautiful it is. There are also plenty of friendly residents.

"Good food and activities, but management needs improvement"
Food is great, rooms are spacious with balconies, activities are wonderful. Management lacks responsiveness; resident assistants are short-staffed.

"A Positive Decision for Our Family"
I was worried about my mother-in-law living here at first, but not anymore! Even during the pandemic, they’ve kept us informed about everything, and she always looks great when we visit. She’s excited about the activities now, which is a positive change. Choosing this place was good for our family, and I’d recommend it!

"Bay Cove: Safe, Happy, and Well Cared For"
I’ve lived far away from my mom for a long time. There aren’t many choices for assisted living around here, but Bay Cove is the best I found for my mom. The staff is really good, and I never worry about her care. My mom lived alone for years, and I was worried about her being in a more social place. But she’s adjusted well and made new friends. There are lots of activities, but no pressure to do everything. Bay Cove costs more than other places I visited, but it’s worth it to know my mom is safe, happy, and well taken care of.

"Great Experience at This Assisted Living Facility"
Our visit was wonderful. They answered all our questions, and we chose this place for our parents. We went back for another tour during meal time, which was unplanned, and the experience was just as good.

"Perfect Place for Mom"
The community has been amazing for my mom. The whole process was smooth and turned out great. We love the meal plan that includes three meals a day, plus a bistro for lighter meals. The staff are loving, caring, and attentive. The nursing staff are top-notch. We love everything about this place and chose it because we got a good vibe during the tour and really liked the director.

"Community Tour Went Well"
After a phone interview and touring the place, we were convinced. The community is super nice, clean, and smells good. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable—everything felt professional. Dad’s apartment is just right for him, with enough room to live comfortably. Housekeeping does a great job, and the food portions are well balanced.

"Good Visit but Too Far for Family"
I enjoyed visiting this place. It seemed nice and clean. The people who work there treated me well. It was overall a pretty good visit. Sadly, it's just located too far away for my family. But my visit went smoothly.

"Safe Haven for Mom!"
The staff is friendly and communicates well. However, there's a nurse on the night shift who can be a bit mean; she insists that residents come to her for their medications. The meals served are good, and my loved one has no complaints. The housekeeping team does an excellent job keeping the community clean. Most importantly, my mother is in a safe place with good care.

"Friendly Staff, Clean Place, But No Option to Live Together"
The Bay Cove Assisted Living tour guides were really nice. They were polite and seemed to know a lot. They were able to answer every question I had. The place is modern and clean. But we decided not to choose it because our family members would have to live apart. They segregate buildings based on the level of care needed and there's no option for our loved ones to live together.
