"Clean and Convenient Assisted Living with Family Nearby"
We wanted mom closer, but this place is nicer and cleaner than others near our home. It's in Corinth, where our family lives, so they can visit more. Mom's sister is here too, which is great for them both. A nurse practitioner comes weekly, so they don't have to go to lots of different doctors.

"Mom's Safety Concerns, Kind Staff Members"
My mom was in a really good assisted living place before this one. But then she walked out one day, so we had to find a safer place for her. The new place was more secure but it made her health worse quickly. The people who worked there were nice to her, though. The problems with the place weren't their fault.

"Poorly staffed and managed assisted living facility, avoid at all costs."
On weekends, no nurses, just teens caring for patients. Witnessed patient neglect and missing items. Overpriced, additional charges for basic services like haircuts. Patients' snacks disappearing, suspicious billing discrepancies. Avoid this place, ensure loved ones are properly cared for.

"Nice facility with friendly staff and clean environment"
I toured this place, and it was nice. The staff were friendly and answered all my questions. It looked like the memory care and assisted living areas were combined. I noticed many people in wheelchairs. The facility was clean. I recommend visiting multiple places to compare them.

"Lack of Supervision and Communication in Assisted Living Facility"
My family dropped by unexpectedly at my mom's place around 8:30pm. We saw residents wandering aimlessly, and one appeared to be in distress. This worried us. We decided to visit again later, and to our dismay, it was the same scenario—no one seemed to be watching over the residents. Unfortunately, my mom fell during this time, and they didn't even let us know. Now, she has bruises and a bump on her head. We swiftly moved her out. We're unsure if she even received her medication properly. This experience has left us questioning the level of care provided.

"Assisted Living Facility Review"
The food is tasty and they provide balanced meals. Snacks are available all day. The staff is kind and helps mom stay active. They are caring and patient. The place is clean and well-kept. I would suggest this community.

"Mom's happy at hometown community with great staff and activities."
We had to sort out a few things with the community at first, but now everything is better. Mom likes the meals and activities. We appreciate that it's in her hometown so her friends can visit her often. It's helping her settle in more. The staff have been friendly and helpful during her transition and keep in touch with me. She's doing much better now.

"Positive Experience at Country Cottage Assisted Living"
My relative seems happy at Country Cottage. She likes the activities there. She had to stay in her room for a while because she was sick, and she missed going out and joining in. But overall, she has had a good time. We're satisfied with this place.
