"Clean and Caring Community with Friendly Staff"
The staff at this place is really nice and pays attention to what we need. The community is kept very clean. I think this community is a good choice and I would tell others about it.

"Seven Happy Years at Elmcroft"
I’ll celebrate my seventh year at Elmcroft. We’re really lucky to have staff members who are more like friends to us. The food is usually great, and it’s always pretty good! I’m thankful for living in such a friendly and cozy place.

"Comfortable Living Experience"
I really liked the building, both inside and out. The people who work here and the other folks living here are super friendly. I've had a good time staying here.

"Elmcroft charges high for low service, warns unsatisfied resident"
My apartment's pretty good, maybe worth a thousand bucks a month. I also get three plain, basic meals a day – they say it costs around $7 each. But here's the kicker – they're charging me $4000 a month with no extra help at all! Someone might say, "Are you happy about this situation?" Heck no, I'm not! It's a real bind I've found myself in, but I'm gonna hightail it out of here as quick as I can. ELMCROFT IS A TOTAL NO-GO, don't even give it another glance!

"Satisfied with Mom's Assisted Living: Clean, Friendly, and Cozy"
My mom has been here for about 6 weeks now, and overall, it's been good. The staff is easy to talk to and they know what they're doing. The food is good, and my mom likes it. They keep the place clean and come to clean her room and help with laundry about once a week. Whenever I've visited, it's always smelled clean. They have exercise classes and some other activities like cards, but I don't know everything they offer. They've been really helpful as my mom and I adjust to this new situation. I was supposed to tour another place, but once I saw this one, I didn't need to go anywhere else. The way they treated us during the tour was really nice. The facility is small and feels cozy. When you walk in, there's an entertainment room on the right and a cafeteria on the left. It just feels like home.
