"Management at Extra Care: Needs Improvement and More Training"

When I visited Extra Care, I found that they don't actually provide all the services they claim to, and the services they do provide aren't consistent. The manager was unwelcoming, though the rest of the staff was nice. The staff are mostly just aids, with only one actual Certified Nursing Assistant. The Registered Nurse is only there three days a week, instead of five, and the facility itself is old and unattractive. It badly needs an internal renovation. The manager, who lacks medical training, is the one called if something goes wrong with a resident. She decides whether or not to call in the nurse.
