"Mixed Feelings at The Pinnacle of Southaven"
The Pinnacle of Southaven has a small staff, but they're nice and ready to chat. They don't talk much with family, though. My brother got sick fast, and they didn't tell us. Luckily, we saw him before he passed. The food's good and personalized, and my sister-in-law stays clean. I wish there were more activities and time outside, but that needs more staff. It's okay for some, but Memory Care is tricky to judge.

"Great Care and Affordability Near Healthcare - Excellent Assisted Living"
The staff here are really nice, and the prices are reasonable. It's near his doctor's office, and the extra things you get here are really nice too. All in all, they take good care of him, the prices are fair, it's close to everything, and the staff are really good. Overall, we're very happy with everything.

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living Facility"
The workers are friendly, and the place is tidy. However, I feel they don't give adequate care, like changing diapers. Still, the staff and residents are nice. My family member enjoyed the food, which is rare. Activities are available if you're interested.

"Inconsistent Staff Turnover Affects Community Cohesion"
There have been many changes in the community due to frequent staff turnover. It's difficult to build relationships or get to know someone when staff keeps changing. Despite this, my loved one prefers this facility over others. She's happier here than she's been throughout this whole process. If there were more stable staff and a regular routine, things would be even better.

"Cozy Assisted Living with Staff Concerns"
The Pinnacle feels cozy, like a cottage. It's a beautiful place, and I liked the girl I talked to at first. Unfortunately, she couldn't be there during the tour due to a family emergency, so the staff didn't know I was coming. The staff-to-patient ratio made me a bit nervous.
