"Director's No-Show and Forgetfulness Breeds Distrust in Facility"
I had arranged a tour and the director didn't come. They said she was out paying her phone bill and would return soon, but I waited almost an hour and she didn't show. Later on, she rang me to say she forgot about the appointment. I can't trust this person to look after my Mom if she can't manage her own stuff.

"Pleasant Visit, But Mom Chose Elsewhere"
We had a good visit at the place. The people there were super nice to me and my family. It was clean and everything seemed to be taken care of. The workers were friendly and well-mannered. Everything was fine, but my mom picked a different place to move to.

"Unmet Promises at Assisted Living Facility"
My mom is struggling to get used to life in this facility. It doesn't appear to have the activities they promised when we visited. There's no transportation service for the residents. The dinner servings seem small. The facility is neat and there's an outdoor patio. I suggest asking many questions when you visit.

"Expensive but nice community; staff helpful, facilities clean, tour pleasant."
This community is really nice. Everything went well when I visited. The staff was friendly and answered my questions. The community looked nice and clean from what I saw. Overall, the experience was good, but their prices were too high for what I can afford.

"Assisted Living Review: Limited Food Choices, Poor Administration, Red Flag"
My family says Plain View's nice but lacks food variety. Pancakes for dinner one day? Good place but needs better management, more activities, and healthier food. A dietitian on-site would help. I tried calling the director two months ago; no response yet. That's concerning.
