"A Blessing for My Dad"
They sometimes have special offers. The staff has been here for a long time. They keep families informed about events and resident updates. There's a chef who prepares meals. They also organize trips off-site for meals and bowling. Residents get medicine through a third party, and there's on-site medical care. Overall, having my dad there has been a blessing.

"Decent Assisted Living Facility Worth Considering"
I believe the assisted living facility is pretty good overall. The staff is okay, and the facility itself looks really nice. The food is tasty, and they have fun games and activities. My patient can be challenging, so I won't be too critical. We've now moved him to hospice care. Still, I'd recommend this place.

"The Magnolia: Broken Promises, Poor Care, and Dirty Facilities"
While some staff at The Magnolia were nice, many were not. A few of the nurses were great, but most were disappointing. This place looks good, promising you lots of things but they don't keep their promises. We were very unhappy with the memory care section. They didn't have enough workers or proper care, and they seriously mismanaged medicine. The place was very dirty. At night, they didn't take care of the residents at all. We had to take our family member out because we were scared they might die there. They tried to hide problems and they didn't seem to care about our family. The only activities they had were watching videos on TV. Our family member would sleep all day, we think because of the medication they were on. They didn't have a care plan for our family member. Overall, it was a terrible experience.
