"Value with Issues; Improvement Needed for Better Recommendation"

Chose for value, issues with theft, staff inattention, grounds not ideal.

"Affordable Community with some issues"

I chose this community because it seemed affordable and offered good value. There have been some theft issues that I've discussed with the administrator, and I'm waiting for them to be resolved. The food isn't too bad; my dad, who loves breakfast, has plenty of options. My only complaint is that sometimes the staff isn't attentive to his needs due to his one arm. The environment is friendly, residents are welcoming, and my dad enjoys talking with others and reading. The rooms are decent-sized, but considering the price, I believe my dad should receive better treatment. The grounds are next to a highway and a cemetery, which can be disconcerting.

"Great place, affordable, friendly staff, excellent communication with families!"

We really like Autumn Springs! It's super nice! The place is clean and well taken care of, and the price is good for the care they give. The staff are all nice and act like pros, especially the nurses. They really care about the people living there! Also, they're good at keeping in touch with families, even for small stuff.

"Helpful staff, beautiful facility, family feel, great support, welcoming."

Autumn Springs was the first place my mother moved to when she couldn’t live alone anymore. The decision was very hard, but Doris, the Administrator, helped my mother adjust and guided me through the process. As my mom’s dementia worsened and she needed more care, the support from Autumn Springs was a blessing. The facility is beautiful, with nice studio rooms. Each resident has their own key, and they all eat together. The food is prepared on-site, and the place has a ‘family feel.’ There’s also a salon on-site, and families can take residents out anytime. I always felt welcome by the staff when visiting Mom

"A Great First Choice for Mom's Care"

Autumn Springs was the first place my mother moved to when she couldn’t live alone anymore. It was a tough decision, but Doris, the Administrator at Autumn Springs, helped my mom transition and gave me guidance too. When my mom’s dementia got worse and she needed more care, the support from Autumn Springs was a real blessing. The facility is lovely, and the studio rooms are very nice. Each resident has their own key to their studio, and they all eat together. The food is made on-site, and it feels like a family environment. There’s also a salon on-site, and families can take their loved ones out for the day whenever they want. I always felt welcome by the staff when I visited my mom.
