"Struggling Yet Caring Staff"
We chose this community because it's the only one in Missoula. The staff is caring and upbeat, but they're overworked due to being understaffed. Although they have a bus for appointments, maintenance issues prevent it from operating (tires). Despite challenges, they do their best.

"Positive feedback on assisted living: Recommended for attentive care and activities."
My loved one enjoys the staff and their care. They offer bingo and other activities, despite COVID lockdowns.

"Mixed Experience at The Auberge: Good Day Staff, Average Food"
We picked The Auberge due to location. Rooms fit well. Food okay. Day staff fantastic, night staff lacking. Delayed response to emergency. Overall, nice; would recommend.

"Attentive Staff!"
My mom recently moved into this community, and things are going great for her. The staff takes good care of her, and I feel comfortable with their attention. She enjoys the meals and participates in weekly activities. Overall, it’s been a positive experience, and we’d recommend it.

"Decent facility, but too expensive for us.."
We visited this place and it was pretty good! It looked really nice. But, it was too expensive for us to bring my mom there.

"Disappointing Visits: Less Cheerful and No Freedom!"
When I stopped by this assisted living center, it had an off-putting odor. It also didn't seem like a lively and cheerful place. It's a locked facility, and we were trying to find a place that gave residents more independence.

"Friendly Staff, Cleanliness Could Improve: Good Community Overall"
Brookdale Missoula Valley is a good place. The people working there are really nice. Even though my grandma doesn't join in the activities, they do have activities for everyone. The room where my grandma stays could be cleaner. They say they provide housekeeping, but it doesn't seem like they're coming in.

"Friendly Staff, Needs More Front Desk Help"
I think it would be better if there were more people at the front desk, paying closer attention to what’s happening. The staff seems friendly, though they’re a bit understaffed.

"They seemed to be the most friendly"
I think it would be better if there were more people at the front desk, and maybe they could pay more attention to what's happening. It seems like they don't have enough staff. But out of all the places I checked out, they were the friendliest.

"Comfortable Place for Mom"
We don't really use the care services, so I can't say much about that. The food is pretty good, I'd give it a four out of five. We picked this place because it felt right for my mom. It wasn't fancy or stuck-up, just a good fit for her.
