"Helpful Staff, But Kitchen and Food Quality Need Improvement"
The staff at this assisted living facility are always ready to lend a hand, including those in the hallways. However, the kitchen area could use some tidying up. The breakfast served is frequently not warm enough, and the vegetables are usually overcooked, leaving one to wonder, Do they really care?

"Friendly Staff and Fun Activities Make This Place Feel Like Home"
I've been living here for about 3 years. I really enjoy it here. Everyone is super nice. We have great activities, and the food is good. The servers at breakfast, lunch, and dinner are always very kind and helpful.

Most of the staff are really great! The other residents here are friendly. The pharmacy isn't very good.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
The food was okay, not great. A few times we gave them big gifts, but got no thank you or any sign they got them. When our loved one passed away, they helped move his things, but we wished the nurses sent us a card or something small.

This assisted living place is only for people who need help, not those who can live by themselves. It's in a pretty area with nice views and fancy houses around it.

"Unprofessional Assisted Living Facility Overcharges and Neglects Refunds"
I regret spending almost half of the year at this facility. They shamelessly over-billed my mom during her first month and took over a month and a half to give back the money. Their excuse for the extra charges was never convincing and they never bothered to return my calls. I've never encountered a business as unprofessional as this in over a decade. We'll be moving my mom out in a few days - good riddance. There's still $2,250 they owe to her. It's something I'll now have to involve my lawyers in. If you value your family, keep them away from this place.

Overall, this assisted living facility keeps high standards in staff management and care. It's better than many others of similar size, in my opinion. The price is higher than average, but you get good value for your money. The staff stays long-term, which shows a healthy relationship with management. The location is accessible and safe.
