My initial thought about The Springs was that it seemed nicer than I anticipated.

"Greedy Assisted Living Community Fails Residents"
If you ever stay at this place, remember to let them know when you're leaving. They really focus on making money and are quite greedy. Based on my own experience, I wouldn't suggest this community to anyone.
