"Assisted Living Home Neglects Protocol, Ignores Concerns"
They ignored the hospice medication procedures. I got no response from the boss, even after leaving a message. Some of the helpers there do seem to really care. But they put Mom's emergency call button on the dresser, where she couldn't reach it. It was supposed to be around her neck.

"Lackluster Interaction at The Springs Assisted Living"
The Springs at Grand Park wasn't impressive. The person we met was nice, but other staff didn't interact much with residents. Many residents were just sitting around in the lobby. At lunchtime, the dining room was silent except for silverware clinking. No one was talking or interacting.

"Clean and friendly assisted living; communication could improve."
This place is always super clean when we visit, and the people who work there are really nice. They're really gentle with the people who live there and they're really patient too. Sometimes it seems like the hospice team and the rest of the staff don't talk to each other enough, but overall, this place is really nice. We think other people should check it out, especially if your family member likes to be active and can go places by themselves.

"High Praise for Friendly Remodeled Assisted Living Facility"
This is where a family member lived. They have redone the apartments, and now they look really nice. However, the cost to get started living here has gone up a lot in the last six years. The place is smaller now, but the people who work here are so nice and friendly.

"Avoid this facility: Poor service, neglectful care, and overcharging"
When my dad left rehab, this place wasn't on the hospital's suggested list of assisted living facilities. We didn't get why initially, because it looked good when we visited. But the service is really bad and too costly. My dad’s health has become worse, he's even gotten bedsores. The staff here is too busy, making it hard to get in touch with them. This place isn't a good choice. .
