"Mixed Experience at Affordable Assisted Living Facility"
The food wasn't great, and options were limited a year ago. Maybe it's better now. A nurse was excellent. We picked this place for its cost and location. She didn't have her own bathroom it was shared down the hall. The building was old and not very clean, but staff tried their best. They took her out sometimes, which we appreciated.

"Lacking Patient Advocates, Alpha Concord Facilities Neglect Basic Needs"
No Patient Advocates are available in any Alpha Concord facility, and there's no support offered through Alpha Concord Corporate. It's awful to see the deaf and blind neglected without their basic needs met.

"Assisted Living Review: Some Good CNAs, Improvements Needed"
Last year, my wife didn't have her own bathroom, and the food wasn't good. The staff could be better too. There were a couple of really good CNAs that I liked. One in particular was great.
