"Unhappy Staff and Residents, Not Worth the Cost"
I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone. The cost doesn't match the quality. The staff doesn't look cheerful, and the folks living there don't appear content. Every time I visited, there was some sort of issue and a lack of unity.

"Assisted Living Tour Experience at Atria Southpoint Walk"
Our visit to Atria Southpoint Walk was nice, and we liked it. However, they didn't accept our loved one because they thought she needed too much help. They couldn't help with problems like incontinence or moving around, so it seemed like their idea of assisted living was just renting an expensive apartment for old people.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living"
I’d say, ask lots of questions when they’re showing you around. They were great at first, but after we paid, things got confusing. Some staff were awesome, but others weren’t as thorough. The apartment was nice and met our needs. Food variety could be better. Covid caused staff shortages, so I get it. Waiting times were long. It’s a cozy community with friendly front desk and IT folks. I’d recommend it, but be cautious about info.

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living Facility"
I would suggest this community to others who have family members needing care. The apartments are great and roomy. The staff is really nice and treats the residents well. However, my loved one mentioned there isn't much variety in the food, and it tastes bland.

"Price Hike Not Matched by Staff Increase"
The big problem we have is that they recently raised the price by 10%. They said it was because they hired more staff, but our loved one and other residents haven't noticed any difference.
