Avendelle Assisted Living Rolesville

"Avendelle Assisted Living Review Summary"
My own experience at Avendelle Assisted Living wasn't great. Some residents just sat around all day, and there was a persistent smell of urine. The staff didn't always change or help residents properly, leading to UTI infections and sores. Plus, some staff members seemed clueless about giving medications. I even witnessed a lady who had wet herself sitting in a wheelchair while staff walked by. Food and supplies often ran out, and staff members would eat the residents' food. Management delayed restocking until the next month, which was frustrating. The focus seemed more on profits than resident well-being. Some residents' appearance and grooming needs weren't met, and there were even issues with rodents and spiders. If you're considering Avendelle, think twice. Staff members were overworked and underpaid. You might be better off hiring a private sitter for your elderly loved ones – better care at half the price. Avendelle isn't equipped for nursing home care, and they're reluctant to send residents to hospitals or rehab when needed. It's a bit of a head-scratcher really.
