"Feels Like Home with Great Staff and Activities"
The community was very welcoming. The people there were super kind and nice. I didn't like that you had to pay a community fee when signing up. You also have to pay the first month's rent. The staff seemed very attentive and patient with the residents. The aides were good. When I called to check on my loved one, the staff was very receptive and willing to talk about them. The community was on lockdown. I could only see my loved one when they went on hospice care. They had a lot of activities for the residents. They played bingo and other games, went on trips, and did other activities. The community felt like home.

"Responsive Care at Avendell Assisted Living"
At Avendell Assisted Living, the staff is super friendly. They took good care of wounds when we needed it, and they were quick to respond. Unfortunately, during the shutdown, we didn't get all the support we wanted. One time, my friend was using sleeping medication too quickly, but the supervisor fixed it. Overall, they've done well.

"Wonderful care and family-like atmosphere for your loved one"
My name is [Removed]. I play the piano at five different places. I really care about all the residents here. The staff are very caring, and the residents get great care. It feels like one big family. Consider this place for your loved one. To God be the glory.

"Decent Facility, Food Service Needs Improvement"
Overall, The Haven at Waterford Landing is doing a pretty good job. The place is clean, and they take good care of people. It’s not a big place, and the folks who work there are nice. It would be better if they had a nurse around. The main thing that could use some work is how they serve meals. A lot of times, the food isn’t hot anymore when it gets to the people who live there.

"Friendly, Clean Assisted Living, Limited Mobility Support"
I visited this place while searching for care options for a family member. It’s a cozy home with friendly staff and a clean environment. However, I don’t think they could handle my loved one’s mobility challenges.

"Peace of Mind at The Haven"
So far, things are good at The Haven. It's in a nice place and looks good too. The people who work there are all friendly and kind. My loved one seems to be getting better care than before. The caregivers are more reliable here.

"Great care and attention in a smaller facility"
This is a nice, smaller place with a great staff-to-resident ratio. They have 6 residents, with 2 CNAs or medtechs during the day and 1 at night. Residents get more individual attention here than in bigger places where the ratio can be 8 to 1 or more. The caregivers are friendly and professional, making sure everyone is well cared for and comfortable.

A Place For Mom Customer
"Expensive and not worth it"
This place costs too much. Rooms start at $5500. Too pricey for the area.
