Best of Care Assisted Living

"Not a great experience."
I wasn't impressed with them. The door was locked when we arrived, and we had to ring the bell and wait. The guy who finally talked to us acted like he wasn't expecting us, even though we had an appointment. He took us to the dining room and sat us down. Unfortunately, we didn't get to see the rest of the facility. Basically, he just said there were no available rooms. My impression wasn't very good.

"Convenient and Home-like Assisted Living with Minor Location Concerns"
She was really helpful when we toured the place. The place felt just like home. It was super clean and all the people living there seemed really happy. The only downside is that it's kind of far from Charlotte and the doctors are far away too.

"Not the right fit, but staff knowledgeable and community liked!"
The visit was alright, and we did enjoy the place. The staff knew a lot and answered everything we asked. I saw residents participating in activities with the staff. We just didn't think it was right for my mother-in-law.

"Comfortable and Caring Community for My Mother"
My mom is settling in well at this place. The staff is really helping her and making sure she's comfortable. She's doing much better, and I'm happy with the care she's getting. She eats well too; the staff says she finishes her meals, which is great. They have nice activities like bingo and Bible study. Everything has been great, and I would recommend this place a lot.

"Mixed experience, clean house, unpleasant odor, friendly owner, unfriendly staff."
Big facility had bad smell and unfriendly staff. Smaller house better.

"Great care and personal attention make this place a top choice"
I found the administrative staff to be both friendly and professional. They listen carefully and quickly respond to any questions or concerns. They are very involved with the residents and keep up with each one. The nursing and CNA staff are caring and attentive, quickly answering calls for help and working well with families. The kitchen staff knows each resident's needs and makes sure any food issues are addressed. I can confirm that the food is both tasty and nutritious. The community is small and feels cozy, not like a big institution, which is something I really like. Overall, after a week and a half, both my mother and I are very happy.
