"Staff turnover and unaddressed issues"
The place changed management and is now called TerraBella, but the switch was rough. The people working there when my mom stayed weren't very nice to her. I told someone in charge about it, but they didn't do anything. One worker even insulted my mom, calling her names, and no action was taken. My mom felt scared while she was there. I've heard that some employees got fired, so maybe things are getting better now.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
Our experience at the assisted living facility has been a bit concerning. The staff seems professional, but they’re not as attentive as we had hoped. Housekeeping is average, and there were issues with setting up the TV and heat not working properly. The food is also just average and could use improvement. We suggest that the staff be more welcoming to visitors, improve communication, and pay more attention to residents. Unfortunately, my father-in-law wasn’t checked on one day, and he had a stroke. He was found on the floor in his room hours later and is now in a rehabilitation center.

"Nice renovations, but needs better food and activities"
Recently, a new company took over and started renovating. It's not done yet, but the changes so far are very nice. The food could be better. My dad is in the memory care unit, and the activities there are kind of lacking.

"Great Staff and Service at TerraBella Greensboro"
The food was really good the first month our loved one was there, but now it's terrible. Not sure why it changed. What our family likes most about the community is the staff and service. Based on our experience so far, we would recommend TerraBella Greensboro to other families.

"New Owners Lead to Drop in Quality at Assisted Living Facility"
Since the change in management, this assisted living facility has really dropped in quality. Back when we first picked this place for our Dad, we were led to believe it would be a different experience. We already faced some challenges when we moved our Dad in, but things were starting to get better, until the new owners took over and things went downhill fast. The staffing here is problematic - they need more people on board. Also, the management needs to get involved and be more active in taking care of things. Dining, especially, requires urgent improvement. The food is simply awful. The few dedicated staff members they do have are overworked and struggling to manage their responsibilities.

"Assisted Living Feels Like Home"
We really liked this place because it felt like home to us, and we thought Mom would really do well here. The people who work here are super nice. They have lots of things for residents to do and they take them out on trips often. They can take you to appointments and the doctor's office every week. They can also do your laundry for you and there's someone here every week to do your hair. They invite families to come to special events, which is nice. I think I would tell my family and friends to check this place out.

"Good executives, inconsistent daily staff"
We had a great experience with the executive staff, but the floor staff was different. We chose this place because it was clean and the staff communicated well with families. They need to improve on meeting family expectations. The daily staff is inconsistent. Overall, I would recommend it to other families.

"Cozy Staff, Needs Update; Accessibility Concerns with Bedrooms on Upper Floors"
We visited this place and the staff were super nice, but the building seemed a bit old and could use some sprucing up. What made us decide against it is that the bedrooms are upstairs while the dining area is downstairs. Our family member isn't very good at moving around, so we worried it might be tough for them.

"Pricey Facility Falls Short on Modern Touches"
I visited this place and it didn’t wow me. My family and I weren’t fans. We walked around and chatted with the boss. The place really needs to be fixed up and made nicer. It was kind of clean, but not perfect. The whole space felt gloomy and old-fashioned. I was taken aback by the high cost, especially because it didn’t feel welcoming. It just wasn’t the right fit for us.

"Costly with staffing and care responsiveness issues"
These facilities are too expensive; Brighton lacks enough staff. Care concerns.

"Great facility, but cost is a concern"
Brighton Gardens of Greensboro is a really great place. Our tour was excellent, and we loved everything about it. The only worry we have is whether the cost is manageable.

"Dependable Care Despite Management Changes"
This place is pretty good. They take good care of us, even though they've changed the managers recently.
