"Good Staff, But Accounting Needs Improvement"
The people who work here are really good, except for the folks in the accounting department. If you need something from them, you might have to email or call more than once to get a reply. We chose this place because it wasn't too expensive, it's in a good spot, and the rooms are big.

"Caring Staff and Stable Environment at Brighton Gardens"
Brighton Gardens' workers are really kind in assisted living and memory care. The staff doesn't change as much as other places nearby. I told lots of folks about Brighton Gardens, I think it's great!

"Mixed Experience at Brighton Gardens of Raleigh Assisted Living Facility"
My family member lives at Brighton Gardens of Raleigh. At first, things were fine, but now they're not so good. The new Director isn't very friendly, but most of the other staff are nice. I can't say much about the care services because my loved one hasn't needed them much. The food is just okay. Sometimes there's nobody to organize activities, and not many people join in when they do happen. It's alright for the price since my loved one has a big apartment. They thought they'd like the spacious place, but maybe a medium-sized one would've been better for food and care. Right now, I'm not sure if I'd recommend Brighton Gardens of Raleigh to someone.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
Overall, this place is pretty clean and friendly. Most of the people who work here are really nice. But sometimes, the communication between the doctors and the medical staff could be better. Also, they need to work on talking with families more.

"Warm Staff, Good Food, Paperwork Delays"
When I arrived at this place, it seemed like the workers started to be friendly and caring after some time. They sometimes sit around, but I understand it’s a tough job. They’re getting to know my mom better, which I really like, and they’re learning how to work well with her ways. The meals are tasty and there’s a lot of different foods for people to choose from. The building is open and bright. The main problem is that it takes too long to get paperwork done for important stuff.

"Steady Staff and Great Care!"
They have two parts: assisted living and memory care. My mom is in the memory care unit, and I highly recommend this place, especially compared to another one we’ve tried. The staff here is pretty consistent, which is important. If the staff is always new, that’s a sign of problems. But here, they’re steady, and that’s something I appreciate. They’ve been great for our family.

"Limited Options; No Independent Living Available"
This place only has Assisted Living and Memory Care, not Independent Living. Someone from Sunrise contacted me and said three other facilities in Raleigh also didn't have Independent Living.

"A Much Better Place"
We had a bad time with another group home. It's nice to find a place that cares, is responsible, and honest. The residence is clean, well-kept, and smells good. The staff is wonderful, kind, and caring. The food is good. They have great activities and offer courtesy transportation for doctors or shopping. This place is much better and safer for my mom.

"Caution: Pleasantness Masks Serious Problems"
Our family's experience with Brighton Gardens has lasted several months. While the staff tends to be friendly and the living spaces are clean, I can only give 2 stars. This is because of multiple serious errors concerning the management and administration of medication. These mistakes have placed our loved one's health at risk. We have found that Brighton Gardens prefers to hide its mistakes rather than admitting and addressing them, especially when it comes to communication within the facility. Considering the hefty monthly fee of over $8,000, I'm afraid I wouldn't encourage anyone to consider this place.

"Mixed experience with front desk but director resolved issues well."
When I first arrived, the lady at the front desk didn't make a good impression on me. However, after talking with the Director, I had a very pleasant visit.
