"Friendly staff and great programs"
The staff here is great. They run awesome programs and are super friendly and helpful. I would tell others to check out this place based on my experience.

"Promised Quality Care Abysmally Unfulfilled with Upsetting Eviction"
I'd warn folks that they make grand promises, but completely fail to fulfill them once you're vested. They subsequently claim inability to care for your dear one, practically evicting them. I'd surely suggest others to not consider this place.
