"Tiny Facility with Ongoing Construction: Not Our Choice"
We visited Brookdale Meadowmont, but it seemed too small. Plus, there was lots of construction outside, which we didn't like. That's why we didn't pick this place.

"Pleasant Visit, But Location and Parking Lacked"
I visited this place and it was pretty decent. The person who showed me around was super kind and really went out of their way to help. In the end, though, I wasn’t a fan of the area or what I could see from it. Also, there weren’t many spots to park your car.

"Warm and Welcoming Care at Brookdale Meadowmont!"
The staff at Brookdale Meadowmont is amazing! The whole place feels cheerful. During all my visits to this and other facilities, I sensed genuine warmth and welcome. Since it’s a smaller facility, they really know their residents well and truly care about people. My only issue is with billing, which is handled off-site at their headquarters in another state. Unfortunately, those folks there lack compassion and responsiveness. Thankfully, the local staff helps navigate that too.

"Disappointing Facility, Poor Design and Staff Issues"
Brookdale Meadowmont doesn’t tell the truth when they show you around. The bathrooms aren’t good for old folks or people who can’t get around easily. The rooms are too dark, and the workers don’t talk to each other well. Too many bosses come and go, which isn’t good. And there’s just one person there who knows how to cook right.
