"Caring and Engaging Assisted Living Facility"
The workers are super nice and keep us informed about our family member. They pay good attention to my loved one. We get three meals daily with options to pick from. Residents can join in activities if they want to.

"Nice place, but tour needed more detail"
The place looked nice on the virtual tour. I wish the tour showed more. It just didn't fit what we needed.

"Residents Thrive with Caring Staff and Close Friendships"
Mom feels like a teenager at camp. Her room is special, and she's made close friends. The staff genuinely cares about her safety and comfort. She wishes for more mental stimulation activities. The recent transition without an activity director is a concern. When I visit, residents are thrilled to see me, and they appreciate my participation in their programs.

"Expensive, friendly, but falling into disrepair assisted living facility."
I toured this place, mostly good, but too pricey for dad.

"Disappointing Care and Meal Quality in Assisted Living Facility"
When we first moved into this place, everything seemed fine. But now we're not happy with how they're taking care of my mother-in-law. They've accidentally dropped her twice, and when we tell them our worries, they don't seem to care. The food isn't good either. When I complained about it, they just said there's nothing they can do. Considering how much my father-in-law is paying, we expected better. This place is only good if you hardly need any help.

"Brookdale Assisted Living Falls Short on Care and Communication"
My mother-in-law just moved into Brookdale recently. But, they don't respond to her needs well. She fell while staff were moving her. The managers promised they'd fix it, but we haven't heard anything yet.

"Great place, but some billing issues"
I've been really happy with it. It's super clean and nice, you couldn't ask for a better place. We had some questions about getting things installed smoothly. Recently, we asked about Medicare, but they couldn't answer. So, there are some billing issues.

"Great Care, Just Needs Billing Fix"
Whenever I visit Brookdale New Hope, the nurse is always quick and accurate with her help. She assists me with anything I need. The marketing lady is also great. My sister is doing just as well now as she was before her stroke. Everything is going well for her here. My only issue is that the billing hasn’t been sorted out yet.

"Great care, nice facilities, but extra costs for services"
I am very happy with the care my 84-year-old blind brother receives. He’s the only blind resident, so he needs help to get to the dining room. He can’t find his way there by himself. His room gets cleaned once a week, but sometimes things like tissues or papers are left on the floor until the cleaning day. He enjoys the meals but sometimes only gets "cottage cheese and salad." His poor hearing and vision might be affecting what he notices. The Sunday church service is recorded, which he doesn’t like, so he doesn’t go. However, he enjoys the Tuesday visits from a minister who sings and plays the piano. He’s started singing with them, which he looks forward to. They also have holiday decorations and mini-parties. Prices go up every year. You might start out with a manageable rate, but it will increase. You can discuss it with the office staff to get a discount if needed. The cost is about the same as other places, or even a bit lower. Extra charges apply for additional services. He pays for help getting to the dining room and for medicine assistance. I’m proud to say he’s at Brookdale New Hope. The residents are well-treated. The building looks nice outside and inside, with a cozy living room and a small dining area, which is good for those who have trouble hearing. I recommend Brookdale New Hope as a great alternative to home.

"Great place, but too large for my needs"
I checked out this place and thought it was pretty good. The staff is nice, and the place is clean, but it felt too big for what I need. The size of the community felt a bit overwhelming. Everything else seems nice and like a good deal, but the large size made me decide not to choose it.

"Mixed Experience for Couples at Assisted Living Facility"
I talked to someone there. They have some couples where one person pays by themselves, and the other uses Medicare.
