"Enjoying Life and Making Friends"
I join activities and enjoy my time here. After my wife passed away, I moved closer to my daughter. I’ve made good friends and love being outdoors.

"Brookdale: A Clean Home with Caring Staff and Happy Residents"
The team at Brookdale Northwest Greensboro is really nice, and my mom thinks they’re great. Sometimes, though, they don’t have enough people working. The place is super clean, and the meals are awesome. Getting my mom settled there was a breeze, and we’re so thankful for Brookdale! She’s smiling a lot, and you know what they say, “If mom’s smiling, we’re all smiling!” I’d tell my relatives and buddies they should check out Brookdale Northwest Greensboro.

"Mixed Experience at Brookdale Northwest Greensboro"
Brookdale Northwest Greensboro doesn't have enough staff, especially on weekends. The caregivers are nice, but they're overwhelmed. The cafeteria staff, however, are great. But overall, I wouldn't recommend this place if you need good care for your loved one. The head nurse isn't really a nurse and has a bad attitude. She can't handle medications properly and even lost my loved one's meds. Plus, she didn't tell us when the meds were running low.

"Communication Issues Mar Otherwise Tidy Assisted Living Facility"
I thought the Brookdale Northwest Greensboro place was really neat and tidy. But, there were some issues with talking to the right people about my mom. It felt like they were a bit messy with their communication, and I never knew who to ask for info.

"Assisted Living Review: Clean Facilities, Friendly Staff, Aging Areas"
The place was kept clean and tidy, but you could tell some parts are getting old. The people who work there were nice and knew what they were doing.

"Wasn't accepted due to health concerns at nice, friendly facility"
I visited this place and thought it was really nice. The people who work there were friendly, and it seemed like a good place. Unfortunately, they couldn't take my loved one because they were worried about health issues it might cause.

"Surprisingly well at Brookdale!"
I moved Mom from another place to Brookdale, and even though it's much bigger than what she's used to, she's doing really well. I spend quite a bit of time there at different times of the day, and the place is always nice and clean, with wonderful staff. Mom isn't very social due to her dementia, but she's participated in some activities and is being as social as she can be. I haven't heard any complaints about the food, and I’m confident things will continue to go well.

"Very nice place, our second choice"
We toured this place while searching for options for our loved one. We were really impressed by what we saw, and it came down to this community and one other. The facility looked very nice, and the staff were all very friendly. They also had a great variety of activities!

"Mixed Experience with Greensboro Manor Assisted Living"
Greensboro Manor has been pretty good. My mom still lives there. The only issue she has is sharing a room. I think she'd be happier with a private room. Overall, it's been a decent experience. You spend a lot on things like medicine administration, but it's worth it for other care options, like help with showering. At least she's safe, and the medical team notices things because they're involved. They serve good food and have a grand piano in the lobby. However, they don't go to Walmart every week as advertised.
