"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
The place is really clean, but room cleaning can be hit or miss. Staff and care quality are okay for our family member’s needs. Menus aren’t great, and meals have a strong local flavor. No alternative hot food options—just sandwiches. It’s not worth the cost, and nutrition isn’t balanced. More choices would help. Activities are available but not well advertised. Our first experience, nothing to compare to.

Our family appreciates how quickly the staff at Brookdale Robinwood assist our loved one. However, they could enhance the meal quality and selection. Overall, we'd still recommend this community.

"Assisted Living Facility Needs Improvement, Staff Great but Food Lacking"
This place needs a makeover badly. It's way too expensive. They don't really do much for my mom, so she's basically just paying for a room here every month. The people who work here are really nice, but the higher-ups never seem to listen when there's a problem, and they don't do much to fix things. Sometimes they even run out of food, like no eggs one day, no bacon for 2 or 3 days, and no juice another day. For the amount of money we're paying for a single room, they should always have enough food.

"Warm and Welcoming, but Too Far"
Our family visited in person, and the lady we met was super friendly. She showed us around the whole place, chatting with residents as we walked. It feels very welcoming, but the distance is just too far for us.

"Disappointed and fooled by dishonest facility"
They really fool you when you visit this place. They're just salespeople, selling their product without keeping any of their promises. We're really disappointed with this place.

"Troubles with Care and Billing at Brookdale Robinwood"
We didn't have a good time at Brookdale Robinwood. The care they gave and the way they handled our bills were both problems. I wouldn't suggest going there based on what we went through.
