"Assisted Living Facility Review: Mixed Experience"
My loved one's first few weeks were good, but later on, I often found him wet, needing frequent clothing and bedding changes. They promised activities, but there weren't any. Eventually, he got sick and had to go to the hospital because of a urinary tract infection and dehydration. They told me he was behaving aggressively, but I doubt he could do that with his mobility issues.

"Friendly at First, Then You’re Just a Number"
If someone wanted to know, I’d tell them the folks there are super nice and ready to lend a hand, but once they’ve got your cash, you’re not much more than a number to them. I picked this spot since it was the only choice I had and it was near where I live.

"Brookdale: Smooth Transition to Assisted Living"
Brookdale is really good at helping families when a loved one moves into assisted living. The place feels friendly, and the staff makes the transition comfortable.

"Assisted Living Facility Needs Improvement with Employee Turnover"
My family's experience wasn't great. They need better staff stability. I wouldn't suggest it. They seemed eager to bring in my family member, but things shifted once they were settled.

"Good Place with Some Issues to Fix"
We’re happy with the workers, but they’ve been switching a lot. They sometimes forget baths and messed up meds for a few weeks. They hand out meds so late, it’s 10 PM when they reach her. She’s not happy with the food, saying there’s not much meat and they’re giving less now. We wish they had coffee for everyone. The snack spot in the eating area is usually empty. The place is super clean and we like that. It’s like a big home. The person in charge of fun stuff is full of energy. They have tons of fun things to do, and we hope she tries them out to be happier. The front desk person is super kind and gets how we feel. All the workers are awesome. We really do like it despite some problems. I’d say go see Brookdale for yourself, just watch out for how they handle meds.

During the tour, the community seemed old, but they're renovating.

"Friendly Assisted Living with Room for Improvement"
This place is nice to visit. The staff and activities make it enjoyable. However, they should work on keeping the residents’ rooms and laundry cleaner. The people are friendly.

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living Community"
This place was nice, and the staff gave me a great tour. But the apartments felt a bit too small, and when I visited the memory unit, it seemed better suited for advanced disease stages. My daughter also thought the location was too far away.

"Clean, Friendly Assisted Living Community with Location Concerns"
I enjoyed visiting this community. It was clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly. However, its location didn't suit us, and it was slightly over our budget.

"High Price and Unpleasant Odor"
The staff was friendly and upbeat, but the place smelled bad during the tour. I didn’t notice any cleaning solutions. Also, the price in North Carolina is twice as much as in Indiana.
