"Unhappy review: Unkind management, bad service at assisted living facility"
In my opinion, this facility is very disappointing. The person in charge, [name removed], is extremely unkind and talks to the families in a really disrespectful way. I called them to express my worries about a family member living there, and she was not friendly at all. She even suggested that if I was not pleased, I should look for a different place, or they would do so. My family member sometimes wouldn't even have a bath or get their clothes changed. I found myself asking the staff to help them change clothes when I came to visit. The higher-ups in the company are also not thoughtful. It seems to me like they are only interested in making money, and they don't really care about the people living there. I plan to report this to the authorities soon.

"Awful Care and Management at Assisted Living Facility"
This place is just terrible when it comes to looking after its residents. My relative had a fall one night, and I wasn't informed at all. I heard about it the next day from my family member. When I confronted them, they just made up stories and tried to hide the truth. The management here is really bad and they treat the residents poorly. Plus, they discharged my family member on short notice, insisted they needed to be in a care home with more resources. That's not the right way to treat people living here. I'm gonna tell everybody how bad this place is. I wouldn't suggest it to anyone.

"Not suitable for dementia patients"
The only reason I gave it one star is because the place was nice and neat, and some of the workers, especially the cleaners, were really kind. But my family had a horrible experience. My parent, who was diagnosed with dementia, was taken in here. But the staff admitted that they're not prepared to help people with memory problems. They should only take in people who completely require assisted living. Absolutely do not think about putting your loved one here if they're showing any signs of dementia.
