"Convenient Location, Meals Need Improvement"
Great location, friendly director, and convenient laundry facilities. Meals need improvement—peas, carrots, and tough meat. Seating rush during meals. Occasional games would be nice. Mom misses music entertainment.

"Assisted Living Facility That Listens and Respects Your Space"
This place listened to what I asked for and didn't bother me with lots of calls. They've been really nice and easy to deal with. I think other people would like it here too.

"Clean, friendly, and responsive with good activities but limited meal variety"
My loved one lives at TerraBella Cramer Mountain and has had a good experience. The place is clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. There are lots of activities for the residents. The staff responds quickly if there's a problem. The meals are good but could use more variety. Overall, I would recommend this place to family and friends.

"Good care but needs better activities and food improvements"
I feel pretty good about mom staying here, especially since I know she’ll be taken care of in an emergency. They recently let the activities person go, so they need to hire someone new because there aren’t many activities happening right now. Also, the food could be better. We hope these things will improve soon. I’d definitely suggest TerraBella Cramer Mountain to others, especially because of the cost. I’ve already told some people I know about it.

"Mixed Feelings at TerraBella"
Our thoughts on TerraBella are mixed. Some amazing staff, especially the lady in charge, [name removed]. She’s phenomenal and tries to stay on top of everything. They host holiday parties and celebrate Mother’s Day. The dining hall is being renovated, and it looks promising. However, without a permanent director, there are challenges. We hope that changes soon.

"Poor communication and unfulfilled promises make this facility unrecommendable."
This facility took care of someone very dear to me, but honestly, that person shouldn't have even been there. After just a few weeks, they tried to transfer my loved one without informing me first. I only found out about this because other facilities started calling me, saying they were moving my family member there. They promised to give back our money but never did. I ended up having to contact their head office to get my refund. Thankfully, the people at their main office were very helpful. Because of our terrible experience, I can't suggest this place for other people's loved ones. It could potentially be a decent place for those in need of assisted living but I would not recommend it.
